The night before the examination, the diet should be light and easy to digest. On the morning of the examination, fasting should be avoided, and gastrointestinal barium meal imaging and cholangiography should be avoided 2 days before the examination.

2, pelvic organs ultrasonography (such as uterus, adnexa, pelvis, bladder, prostate, seminal vesicle glands, lower and middle ureter, lower abdominal mass, etc.), need to fill the bladder, you can drink about 800-1,000 ml of water 1-2 hours before the examination, waiting for the examination of the bladder to fill up, transvaginal or rectal ultrasonography, need to be examined after urination, it is best to empty the bowels. Unmarried women can not do transvaginal ultrasound.

3, middle and late pregnancy, trans-thoracic, cardiac, neck and limb blood vessels, thyroid, breast and other ultrasound, then there is no need for special requirements.

4, the patient's examination site should be fully exposed, the examination site, such as dressings, bandages and other cover, and should not be lifted, it can not be examined.

5, infants and young children who do not cooperate with the examination, should be under the guidance of the clinician to apply sedative drugs after the examination.

Precautions for CT examination

1、CT room provides 24 hours × 7 days examination service;

2、Pregnant girls or girls who are planning to get pregnant recently should not undergo CT examination;

3、The examinee should register in the imaging hall with the consultation card or hospitalization application form, then submit the application form to the scanning room and wait in the waiting hall for the examination in order;

4、4When performing CT examination, please cooperate with the staff to remove clothing and jewelry that affect the quality of CT images at the scanning area, and cooperate with them in posing and holding breath, and please do not move after positioning;

5、Don't do barium meal examination within one week before CT examination of abdominopelvic area;

6, enhanced examination, abdominopelvic CT examination of patients, before the examination should be fasting for three hours. Enhanced examination of patients with heart, liver, kidney, lung insufficiency, drug allergy (iodine allergy): - must inform the staff in advance. Enhanced examination patients must be accompanied by family members, injection of contrast medium before the risk of allergy, serious cases may occur breathing, cardiac arrest, there may also be extravasation of contrast medium causing local skin necrosis. The patient should not leave the CT room within half an hour after the end of the enhanced scanning, and inform the staff on duty as soon as possible if he/she feels unwell, so that he/she can be dealt with in time;

7、Critical patients should be accompanied by medical and nursing staff from relevant departments;

8. Time limit for taking report: emergency CT examination emergency report ≤ 1 hour, official report ≤ 12 hours; general CT ≤ 24 hours, with breaks postponed (except for special examinations such as three-dimensional reconstruction, vascular perfusion, angiography, etc.); cardiac CTA, head and neck CTA for outpatients, 48 hours. Special CT examination and difficult cases will be notified separately or by phone.

Third, MR examination notes

1, around the magnetic resonance equipment (within 5 meters), has a strong magnetic field, patients and accompanying family members are strictly prohibited to bring all ferromagnetic items and electronic products close to and into the examination room. These items include: all communication items; all kinds of magnetic storage media; watches, strong heart cards and their matching stickers; PDAs, calculators and other electronic products; keys, lighters, metal coins, knives, pens, metal jewelry, large pins, nails, dowels and other ferromagnetic products; hair clips, hair cards, glasses, false eyes of unknown materials; flammable and explosive products, corrosive or chemical products, ointments, creams and so on, Items that are wet and leaking liquids, etc. Sick beds, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed to enter the magnet room.

2、Patients (including accompanying family members) who have the following items and devices installed or carried in their bodies are regarded as contraindications to MRI and are not allowed to enter the magnet room, or their lives will be in danger. Including: pacemakers, artificial heart valves, metal clips after aneurysm surgery, drug infusion devices implanted in the body, any electronic devices implanted in the body, nerve stimulators bone growth stimulators, any other type of biostimulators, intravascular embolization coils, filters, inferior vena cava filters, cardiac recording monitors, metal sutures, bullets in the body, fragments of shrapnel or grains of iron grit, etc., immobilization after fracture surgery Steel plates, steel nails, dowels, artificial limbs or joints, penile prostheses, hearing aids, cochlear implants, middle ear grafts, intraocular metal foreign bodies, prosthetic eyes, removable dentures, dental trays, and ferromagnetic implants in the head and face. 3, claustrophobia, pregnancy, life support and resuscitation of critical patients can not perform magnetic resonance examination. Patients with history of various surgeries (especially organ transplantation, heart and kidney surgery) and their families need to make a special declaration before the examination to ensure safety;

4. Patients with fixed dentures, tattoos, birth control devices, tattooed tired lines, and titanium objects left in the body (e.g., titanium fixtures for the spine) should notify the doctor before the examination, and decide whether magnetic resonance examination can be carried out according to the specific circumstances;

5, to do neck, chest, waist, abdomen, hip and other parts of the magnetic resonance examination of the patient, should be removed with iron hooks, iron buttons and zippers, underwear, chemical fiber fabrics, belts and other items and decorative items, should be dressed in cotton clothing and pants for the examination of the appropriate; abdominal examination of the patient inspection of the three days prior to the examination of the ban on drugs containing metal ions, 12 hours before the examination of fasting, fasting, no food and water intake.

6, magnetic resonance examination is non-destructive examination, no radiation damage to the human body. However, the machine noise during the examination is large, which is a normal phenomenon, so patients and their families should be psychologically prepared, do not panic, and keep absolutely still. Children patients please use medication to sleep deeply before the examination;
