In order to further improve the medical service, discover the weak links in the service of functional departments, find out the service links that need to be improved and optimized, effectively change the unreasonable phenomenon in the development of the hospital, improve the quality of service and efficiency, and comprehensively enhance the level of management of the hospital, according to the "Liaocheng City No. 2 People's Hospital Improvement of Medical Service Action Implementation Plan", at 2:00 p.m. on April 23, the hospital held a staff symposium in the large meeting room on the 17th floor of the Internal Medicine Complex Building to listen to staff's opinions and suggestions. At 2:00 pm on April 23, the hospital held a staff forum in the large conference room on the floor of Internal Medicine Complex Building 17 to listen to the voices of the staff and their opinions and suggestions. The meeting was chaired by Wang Pingfan, a member of the Party Committee of the hospital, and attended by representatives of clinical, nursing, medical and technical staff and some administrative and logistic departments.




Staff representatives spoke freely on issues of concern to the staff, and offered suggestions for the development of the department and the hospital. Hospital leaders and relevant departments listened carefully, recorded in detail, and from time to time communicated with the staff, the atmosphere was warm and cordial.

      The staff symposium for the hospital and the staff to build a valuable communication platform to enhance mutual trust and understanding, for the hospital to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the work, and to clarify the direction of development provides an important reference.
