Personnel: The department has 29 staff members, including 1 chief physician, 2 deputy chief physicians, 1 attending physician, 4 attending physicians for occupational health examination; 25 nursing and public health management personnel, of which 8 are nurse-in-charge, 4 are second-level health administrators, and 17 are third-level health administrators. There are 24 clinical attending physicians.

Hardware equipment: The department is located on the first to fourth floors of the Health Management Centre Building in Huamei Hospital District, with a floor area of 2,300 square meters, an elegant environment, independent space, and functional divisions including ‘negotiation area, registration area, functional examination area and diagnostic report sorting and issuing area’. The department shares the hospital's advanced equipments, such as: 64-row CT, 3.0T MRI, Mammo-Rhodium double-target X-machine, etc. The department has purchased 13 sets of special health testing equipments, such as: ‘Eagle Performance’ Whole Body Health Scanner, Human Body Composition Analyser, and C14 H. pylori detector.

Scope of business: The scope of business covers individual physical examination, group physical examination, enrolment physical examination, employment (recruitment) physical examination, civil servant physical examination, medical and nursing registration physical examination, teacher registration physical examination, driver physical examination and cadres' health care physical examination, etc. At the same time, the department is also a member of Shandong Province Occupational Health Examination Centre. At the same time, the department is an occupational health examination institution in Shandong Province, and the categories and items of occupational health examination include: exposure to dust, exposure to chemical factors, exposure to physical factors, exposure to biological factors, and other (special operations, etc.), totalling five categories.
