1、Patients need to take the admission certificate and ID card issued by the physician to the window of the hospitalization office in the complex for admission procedures. If you do not bring your ID card, you should go to the hospitalization office with your ID card as soon as possible before discharge to make up for the patient's identity information.
2, the insured patients for medical insurance procedures, patients in the province need to hold the admission card, ID card or social security card for medical insurance procedures. Out-of-province patients need to contact the local health insurance bureau for the record, and then go to the window with the hospitalization certificate, ID card and social security card to go through the health insurance procedures. Those who are not registered for medical insurance procedures on the day of admission need to make up the record within two days, and those who have not made up the record within two days need to go to the Medical Insurance Section for approval.
3、Patients need to go to the inpatient window with a unilateral account card when they make up for the hospitalization deposit and keep the account. The deposit documents should be kept and recovered when the patient is discharged from the hospital.
4、When patients are discharged from the hospital, they need to go to the hospitalization office with their ID cards, social security cards, all deposit vouchers and discharge notices issued by the nurses' station (incomplete deposit vouchers can be guaranteed by the hospital's regular employees, except for trauma and disputes).
