Remote consultation office is located on the north side of the 16th floor of the Internal Medicine Complex Building, equipped with medical monitor imaging workstations, high-definition video terminals, capable of realizing high-quality voice and video effects. The project is the most advanced teleconsultation system in China, and the designated executive hospital is Shandong Provincial Hospital, and the first-line experts from the whole country will give professional technical guarantee, the whole process through the large LCD screen real-time call and data transmission, with high standard design, high starting point requirements, expanding the space, and set the teleconsultation, teleconsultation, remote checkups, remote monitoring, network education, in-hospital consultation, and out-of-hospital booking accompanied by a comprehensive discipline for the purpose of enhancing the overall level of diagnosis and treatment in our hospital. It is a comprehensive discipline aiming at improving the overall diagnosis and treatment level of our hospital.
    The Telemedicine Center is one of the key disciplines of our hospital, and is also the highlight department of a tertiary hospital. It applies telemedicine technology to realize real-time consultation, intra-hospital multidisciplinary consultation, network education and other means to optimize medical resources, strengthen the professional level, create famous departments and doctors, and it is an academic exchange platform that really improves and shows the diagnosis and treatment level of our hospital. The goal of “Huamei” is to build our hospital into a large-scale regional medical center integrating medicine, education, research, recreation and health care in Hebei, Luyu and Henan, and to build a remote consultation, multidisciplinary outpatient consultation, imaging consultation and pathology consultation center in the two hospital districts.    
   Our hospital remote consultation center was built on New Year's Day in 2012 with the opening of Shandong Province Telemedicine Center, with the completion of the first case of remote consultation on the 3rd of January.
  November 1, 2012 and Beijing 301 Hospital opened remote medical consultation, on November 5, 2012 to complete the first case of consultation.
  In July 2014, we signed a telemedicine consultation agreement with Zhejiang Second Hospital and completed the first case.
  In May 2015, we built a remote consultation platform with a third-party company.
  Now we carry out remote consultation service with Gexianzhuang Health Center in the medical association and solve the actual problems of patients, and the patients and attending doctors are quite thankful for our diagnosis and treatment service, and are very satisfied with this diagnosis and treatment mode.      
  Now we are able to cover the whole of North China, as long as the doctors and patients have the need, we can do our best to contact the corresponding professional experts.
