The hospital will incorporate the comprehensive anti-smoking work into the annual plan, further improve the rules and regulations as well as the appraisal, reward and punishment system, and include the comprehensive anti-smoking in the year-end appraisal of the department's work target assessment of excellence.
Second, each department is clearly responsible for anti-smoking activities, prohibit the use of cigarettes to receive guests, and to incorporate the indicators of smoking cessation among staff in the department, not smoking in the workplace and public places, publicizing the knowledge of the hazards of tobacco, and discouraging smoking into the annual work plan of the department.
The hospital provides smoking cessation guidance for smoking patients, conducts health education on tobacco control, and creates a smoke-free, clean and healthy service environment; comprehensively promotes the construction of smoke-free hospitals, and strives to achieve the goal of a total ban on smoking in indoor public places and workplaces.
The Tobacco Control Supervisory Team organizes weekly inspections, focusing on the implementation of tobacco control in the departments, and informs the results of the inspections at the weekly meetings of the hospital.
The Tobacco Control Management Team shall conscientiously implement the tobacco control system of the hospital, be responsible for the anti-smoking work in the area, strengthen the inspection, find patients or family members smoking, and promptly discourage them to ensure that no one smokes in the no-smoking area, no cigarette butts, and the no-smoking signs are conspicuous and not missing.
Sixth, the no-smoking area is responsible for the implementation of the package, the section chiefs of each department, the head nurse is the first responsible person, such as the discovery of smoking phenomenon in a timely manner to discourage.
Security guards and cleaning staff will carry out daily patrols in the hospital to discourage smoking patients or their families in a timely manner. The whole hospital staff has the responsibility to stop the smoking behavior found.
VIII. The hospital will earnestly implement the work program of creating a smoke-free hospital, and members of the leading group of tobacco control work will take the lead in controlling smoking, and combine the anti-smoking and tobacco control activities with the evaluation of the team and the annual assessment.
Smoking is completely prohibited in the hospital, and no-smoking warning signs are set up in conspicuous places such as hospital clinics, wards, administrative and logistic office areas, and public places.
