On 29 August 2024, with the summer holiday coming to an end, the Medical Department of Liaocheng City No.2 Hospital, together with Cheng Lixin, Chief Physician of Nephrology, Fu Lijuan, Attending Physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Cui Shuhua, Supervisor of Orthopaedic and Traumatological Surgery, together with Wang Jinkai, Director of the Panzhuang Health Hospital of Liaocheng City No.2 Hospital, went to Panzhuang Town to carry out the care of "medical" road, guarding health and caring for the orphans and the needy. Children's voluntary service activities, to send timely care for orphaned children.

Accompanied by local village cadres, the volunteers went to the homes of three orphaned children in the afternoon, carefully conducting comprehensive physical examinations for the children and inquiring carefully about their health conditions during the summer holidays. For the upcoming new school term, the volunteers encouraged the children to meet the challenges with a positive mindset, study hard and pursue progress. Meanwhile, for the families of the orphaned children, the volunteers learnt about their health in detail, gave them professional medical advice and guidance, distributed free medicines, carefully wrote down the instructions on the use of medicines, urged them to pay attention to their own health, and supported the family.

Caring for orphaned children is a long-term and arduous task, Liaocheng City Second People's Hospital will continue to carry out such activities, gather more love power, and create a better environment for the growth of orphaned children.
