 During the activity, Gao Xiwang, head nurse of the Health Management Department, publicized the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and introduced the hazards of common occupational diseases, such as noise deafness and pneumoconiosis, as well as the correct wearing of protective equipment and the 16-word guideline for occupational prevention and control work to the staff of China Railway 17th Bureau Group Construction Engineering Co. Song Yanfeng, deputy chief physician of Neurology Ward 5, explained the prevention of common diseases and frequent occurrence of diseases and interpreted the health examination report. At the end of the activity, the Health Management Department signed a health checkup agreement with the company. Through this training, it promoted the employers to implement the main responsibility of prevention and control of occupational diseases, and enhanced the awareness of self-protection and the ability to prevent diseases among the employees of the company.
