 (I) Our hospital realizes the municipal coordination network with Xingtai City medical insurance.

  It has been more than three years since our hospital and Hebei Linxi County's medical insurance network instant settlement business was opened. Over the past three years, our hospital has implemented the instant settlement business for urban workers hospitalized in Linxi medical insurance, but urban residents of Xingtai City who are hospitalized in our hospital and other counties and cities in Xingtai City who are hospitalized in our hospital (urban workers and urban residents) are still not able to realize the instant settlement business. In order to maximize the convenience for the majority of urban workers and urban residents in Xingtai City, and to let the insured patients from other places enjoy convenient medical services in our hospital, with the strong support and help of the hospital leadership, the medical insurance office of the hospital actively communicated and coordinated with the Xingtai City Medical Insurance Office and the Linci County Medical Insurance Office, and formally declared to be the municipal coordinated fixed-point hospital of Xingtai City in January 2014. With the support and coordination of Mr. Yu Zongwang, Chief of the Medical Management Section of Xingtai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and Mr. Sun Jiangong, Director of Linxi County Medical Insurance Office, the hospital passed the approval of Xingtai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security in March 2014 and became a "municipal coordinated designated hospital of Xingtai Municipality", and went through the relevant procedures smoothly, and at present, the network debugging has basically been unobstructed.

Our hospital has become a "Xingtai City municipal integrated health insurance designated hospital", marking the hospital's inter-provincial network settlement to further expand the scope of services, in the future, 21 counties and municipalities in Xingtai City, including: Linci County, Qinghe County, Nangong County, Weixian County, etc., urban workers, urban residents, maternity insurance outpatient special illnesses, health insurance card can be instantly settled in the hospital. It is very convenient for urban workers and urban residents in other places.

 (ii) Our hospital has become a designated hospital for outpatient reimbursement of special diseases for urban residents.

With the strong support of the Municipal Medical Insurance Office, our hospital has officially become the only outpatient reimbursement designated hospital for urban residents with special diseases in Linqing, and some of the urban residents with special diseases have already been issued with certificates. Since April 23, 2014, Linqing urban residents with special diseases and our employees with special diseases can realize instant settlement in our outpatient clinic, and the reimbursement place is in the slow disease clinic on the first floor of the outpatient clinic.

Our hospital has become a designated hospital for outpatient reimbursement of special diseases for urban residents, and the approval process is as follows: before the 20th day of the last month of each quarter (3.20,6.20,9.20,12.20), you can take a copy of your hospitalization medical record, medical certificate and ID card to the office of the director of the medical insurance office to get an application form, and then fill out an application form in the relevant professional or chronic disease clinic, which will be examined and approved by the Municipal Medical Insurance Office, and then you will enjoy immediate settlement of the outpatient medical bills when you visit Linqing hospital after the approval.
