 Two half-reduced: expert outpatient consultation fees and large equipment (CT, MRI) examination fees are reduced by half.
   Procedures for poor patients' consultation and preferential reimbursement:
   Poor patients with ① accurate poverty alleviation card certificate (red), ② medical insurance resident card, ③ ID card to the outpatient clinic on the first floor of the Medical Services Office, Window No. 2, registration, audit.
   After establishing the card, they go to each clinic, print the reimbursement form at the charge office, go to the registration office at Window No. 2 of the Medical Service Office on the first floor of the outpatient clinic to account for the amount of exemption and reduction of large-scale examination items, and the director of the outpatient department → vice president of the financial department → the director of the financial department sign the form, and reimbursement is made in the financial department.
