In order to implement the service capacity improvement and 100-day action, "Sincere Service, Warm Hearted Care" International Nurses' Day Scene Drama Competition was held on the afternoon of April 27 in the conference room on the 17th floor of the headquarters. Wang Pingfan, a member of the Party committee and director of the nursing department, Liu Wencai, Li Xiu'e and Chai Xiuping, deputy directors of the nursing department, as well as chief nurses of the nursing department and outpatient department of the two hospitals, and Guo Yiran, deputy director of the Women's Federation, acted as the judges.

  Wang Pingfan, director of the speech, said that we should cohesion consensus, improve service, and continue to make efforts to promote the implementation of the "service capacity to improve the 100-day action". We should promote learning by competition, promote action by learning, internalize humanism in the heart, service manifested in action, continue to improve the quality of nursing services, enhance the level of nursing services, and create a new situation of nursing services in our hospital。

During the competition, each participating team showed the professional appearance of our nursing staff with full state and wonderful interpretation. The works interpreted the connotation of quality nursing service through optimizing service process, providing personalized care for patients, using communication skills, etc., which not only quenched the nursing brand of our hospital, but also greatly inspired the enthusiasm of the whole hospital's nursing staff to base themselves on their own work.
