Radiology Department of Liaocheng Second People's Hospital (Huamei Hospital District) is the first batch of key disciplines and demonstration departments in Liaocheng City, and was named as the key speciality in Liaocheng City in 2015, and passed the Liaocheng City key speciality review in 2019.

 The department has 16 medical staff, 9 diagnostic personnel, 6 technicians, 1 nursing; of which 1 chief physician, 2 deputy chief physicians, 2 attending physicians, 1 nurse in charge, 4 residents, 6 technicians; of which 1 master's degree, 15 bachelor's degree. The director of the department, Zheng Dexian, is a member of the Radiology Committee of Shandong Provincial Medical Association and Physicians' Association, a director of the Medical Imaging Research Association, a standing member of the Radiology Committee of Shandong Provincial Health Management Society, a member of the Sixth Editorial Board of the Journal of Medical Imaging, and a vice-chairman of Liaocheng City Radiology Society. Li Guihua and Ma Liang, the key members of the department, are members of the Breast Specialty Committee of Shandong Medical Imaging Research Society, members of the Paediatrics Specialty Committee of Shandong Physicians' Association, members of Liaocheng City Medical Association, and members of Liaocheng City Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Society Imaging Society. The department has one GE DR film camera, one GE mobile DR film camera, one GE mammogram and rhodium double-target film camera, two Hitachi flat-panel digital gastrointestinal machines, Rekall oral CT, Neusoft pacs system and self-service printing system and other advanced equipments.

    The department team is innovative, united and collaborative, with a strong academic atmosphere.
