On August 13, 2024, the fourth plenary meeting of the 9th Trade Union Committee of the hospital was held in the conference room on the first floor of the Internal Medicine Complex Building of the Headquarter Campus. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Cui Gang, Chairman of the Labor Union, and attended by all members of the committee.

President Cui Gang conveyed the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of trade unions and made a report on the work of trade unions in the first half of 2024 to the General Assembly. The participants listened to the report on the work of the labor union and had a full discussion on the budget of the labor union in the first half of 2024 and the plan for the establishment of the grassroots branches of the labor union committee, etc.

President Cui Gang emphasized that the trade union should adhere to the leadership of the Party, cultivate the emotion of workers and trade union sentiment in the service of workers, and become the "mother's family" that workers can see, find, trust, rely on, and stay away from, so as to contribute to the high-quality development of the hospital and the trade union power.
