On June 16, 2024, our hospital officially became a member unit of the National Cardiovascular Disease Center Pulmonary Hypertension Specialty Alliance. Pulmonary hypertension is an advanced stage in the development of a variety of diseases. It is a syndrome characterized by significant remodeling of the pulmonary vasculature and progressive increase in vascular load, and is known as the "malignant tumor" of cardiovascular disease, often accompanied by remodeling and hypertrophy of the right ventricle, which ultimately leads to right heart failure and even death.

Becoming a member unit of the National Cardiovascular Disease Center Pulmonary Hypertension Specialty Alliance will further strengthen the exchange and cooperation between our hospital and well-known national and provincial hospitals, and provide more professional management and standardized diagnosis and treatment for patients with pulmonary hypertension.
