I. Introduction:

The total building area of the preparation room is 380m2, of which 160m2 is preparation, 220m2 is auxiliary area; the area of the drug testing room is 60m2. The building structure is east and west, the east half is auxiliary room, and the west half is preparation room and drug testing room. The surrounding environment meets the requirements.

The preparation room is equipped with internal drug room and external preparation room; internal drug room and external preparation room are equipped with preparation canning room, raw material weighing room and labeling room respectively; each room is equipped with material transfer window for material in and out. The purification level of the preparation room is class D (S=45 m2) for the internal service preparation canning room, class D (S=45 m2) for the external preparation room, and class D for the second shift room and the sanitary ware room.

 The Pharmaceutical Inspection Room is divided into an instrument room (S=10 m2), a physical and chemical room (S=15 m2), a bacterial culture room (S=5 m2), a control room (S=5 m2) and an observation room for samples (S=10 m2), and a locker room (1st shift and 2nd shift). The purification level of the bacterial culture room, control room and the second shift is class C. The air-conditioning system adopts primary and secondary purification.

The purification air-conditioning system adopts primary, medium and high efficiency three-stage air filtration system; the indoor airflow organisation is air supply from the top and air return from the side and the lower wall; the number of air changes in class D: ≥15N/H; the number of air changes in class 10,000: ≥25N/H.

(1) Ground: the floor of the room with anticorrosion and clean requirements is epoxy self-levelling floor coating, and the general auxiliary room is terrazzo floor.

(2) Wall: the wall of the workshop is colour steel plate, the inner layer of internal filling material is rock wool. The ground and wall joints are made into rounded corners.

(3) Doors and windows: the doors in the workshop are all made of colour plate, and the window frames in the workshop are made of three-glass plastic steel windows.

(4) Roof: the ceiling is made of colour steel plate.
